What our users are saying
This journal has proved to be instrumental in helping me take my life back. One thing I have never been good at is self-care and wellbeing but this book helped me know myself better and more importantly, implement a structure to work towards wellbeing.

The Wellbeing 9-a-Day is a game changer. I work some crazy hours and often forget myself in the madness. The daily practice, often only 5 minutes, of quiet and reminding myself of the nine habits is invaluable. I'm calmer and more productive as a result.

I am thoroughly benefitting from completing The Wellbeing 9-a-Day, I missed a couple of days, and while I don't mind catching up, I noticed a difference in how consciously I was living. You've truly created something of benefit and great value.

What are the benefits of journaling?
A journal provides space for you to write about your thoughts, feelings and daily experiences, allowing you to reflect and make sense of the world and your place in it. Journaling helps provide mental clarity, builds self-awareness and helps relieve stress. It has been shown to improve creativity, problem-solving skills and concentration. People who journal are better able to express themselves and more likely to achieve their goals.
Is journaling for everyone?
Everyone can benefit from journaling. Even people who do not enjoy writing can improve their wellbeing by building the habit of journaling each day.
What sets The Wellbeing 9-a-Day apart from others?
The Wellbeing 9-a-Day takes a holistic approach to wellbeing, identifying the nine fundamental habits at the base of a healthy lifestyle. Where other wellness journals focus on gratitude, mindfulness or other wellbeing topics, The Wellbeing 9-a-Day offers a framework that you personalise to your own wants and needs.
Nine habits is a lot...do I have to do all nine?
You can build as many or as few habits as seems right to you! Each of the nine habits will benefit your health and wellbeing. If building nine habits seems like too big of an ask, focus on the habits that will have the most benefit in the first instance. You can add more as you become more used to using the journal.
Do I have to use my journal everyday?
While journaling every day is a great way to build habits, you don’t need to journal every day. We all need time off, even from the things that are good for us. The important thing is to build a relationship with your journal that works for you.
When is the best time to journal?
100 people could find 100 ways to use the journal. It’s up to you to find yours! You may journal in the morning, at night, or throughout the day. We have seen the best results when people set up for the next day in advance and then check in with their journal at convenient times of the day.
